Why this tray holds personal data
Gainview Farms processes personal data to run accounts, fulfil seed orders, prevent abuse, and answer support mail at support@gainviewfarms.in. We do not sell or rent customer lists to advertisers.
Readings we may keep
- Account: name, email, hashed password, verification state.
- Orders: delivery address, phone, bag lines, payment mode, order IDs.
- Support: messages and files sent through Message us, Help answers, or Find my order.
- Security: session tokens, approximate IP, and browser signals used to spot fraud.
How the lab uses those readings
- Sign you in and block abusive registrations.
- Pack parcels and hand them to logistics partners.
- Send transactional notes about packing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Retain records required for Indian commercial and tax rules under GSTIN our published registration.
Retention window
Order records stay for the statutory commercial and tax windows in India. If optional marketing is offered later, you can opt out by emailing support@gainviewfarms.in.
Your sample requests
Registered buyers may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of personal data, except where law requires us to keep a record. Write from your account email to support@gainviewfarms.in.
Security controls
Passwords are stored with one-way hashing. Where cards are accepted, vaulting stays with certified processors — full card numbers are not kept on our application servers.
