Stopping an order before packing
Use Find my order while the lot is still in intake or packing. Approved pre-despatch cancellations refund to the original payment method.
After a shipping label exists
Once a label is printed, cancellation is usually closed. You may refuse the parcel; return logistics and any spoilage risk can reduce the refundable amount.
COD refusals
Repeated COD refusals without a documented reason may suspend COD (₹49 fee) on the account while prepaid checkout — with free shipping — remains available.
When refunds post
Approved refunds are started within 5–7 working days; arrival in UPI or bank accounts depends on the receiving institution. Questions go to support@gainviewfarms.in.
